We are experts in representing special needs
students in Individual Education Programs
(IEP’s) as well as 504 Accommodation Plan
meetings. We generate appropriate service and placement options pursuant to the student’s best interests, informed by the parent’s objectives and goals. |

We defend students in suspensions, expulsions and all matters of compliance, due-process and expulsion appeals, regardless of a student’s abilities or disabilities.
